Open Settings to manage the API key, enable or disable AI, choose the Gemini model, and edit the ACERO SHOP-specific instructions, welcome message, and fallback message. Both assistants now use the live settings, product catalog, verified page links, and a complete guide to customer, seller, rider, affiliate, checkout, order, support, and account workflows. Chat also uses recent conversation context. Product answers can include catalog image previews, while the verified ACERO SHOP TikTok account is shown only as an official channel.
