ACERO SHOP AI Assistance Not configured
Stored in Firebase settings and never bundled into the user ZIP. For strongest security, use a server-side proxy URL instead of exposing a browser-readable key.
The AI chat is text-only. Image, audio, video, live, and embedding models are not included because they cannot answer this chat correctly.
Uses the same API key and tries another text model only when the selected model returns a rate-limit/server error.
The assistant is instructed to stay focused on ACERO SHOP, orders, products, sellers, payments, delivery, and site policies. The in-page Search assistant is available to all customers; the same configuration is also used by Messages and Chat.
Security Note: This static user panel needs the key to call Gemini directly, so browser users may technically inspect it. Do not use a key with broad permissions or billing access; use API restrictions or a server-side proxy for production.
